How many people can I bring to my appointment?

Brides can bring up to 4 guests with them to their appointment. This may vary depending on any future COVID-19 restrictions or changes.
How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment via our booking page or give us a call/text on 0492 280 039!
What size gowns do you have in store?

Our sample gowns in store range between size 8 - 24. However, made to order gowns can be made from sizes 4 - 34.
What if my wedding is in less than 6 months?

Don't panic! We have a selection of gowns that are available to buy off the rack and take home with you that same day! Some designers also offer a rush service at a fee, depending on the time frame.
Do you stock veils and accessories?

We have veils, overskirts, necklaces, earrings, belts – the list goes on! Some of these items will need to be ordered 1-5 months in advance depending on the product.
What designers/labels do you carry in store?

We carry the exquisite Jack Sullivan Bridal, Brides Desire by Wendy Sullivan, Purple Fox Bride, Gilded Rose, Jean Fox, White April Bridal, and Zavana Bridal. Keep an eye on our socials to be the first to know when we stock new, amazing designers/labels!
Can I take photos?

Of course! Having photos of yourself in the gowns makes it much easier for you to look at them later to make your decision. You are also welcome to video call anyone who can't be at the appointment with you!
How long are appointment times?

We allow 1 hour and 15 minutes for a standard appointment.
How should I prepare for my appointment?

Take some time to look through websites and magazines to get a general idea of dresses you are drawn to. This will help give you some inspiration as well as help us guide you in the selection process. It can be helpful to bring undergarments of similar styles that you will wear on your wedding day, including strapless bras and those magic Spanx! Otherwise, just bring your beautiful self and an open mind.
What are the lead times for your designers?

Jack Sullivan Bridal and Brides Desire require a 6 month lead time White April, Zavana Bridal, Jean Fox, Gilded Rode, Purple Fox and Maggie Sottero all require an 8 month lead time. These time frames also give our brides an allowance of 2 months for any alterations they may require outside of our studio.
What is the price range of your gowns?

Our made to order gowns range from $1,800 to $5,000 whilst our clearance studio gowns range from $500 - $1,200.
Do you have parking available?

There is limited street parking, which can fill up quickly on a Saturday. We recommend arriving slightly earlier than your appointment to find a parking spot.
